The excellent steel is heated repeatedly in 9 heating furnaces with different temperatures (800~1000 ℃), and then the steel is immersed in the zinc pool. The zinc molecules begin to immerse in the steel, forming a zinc alloy with strong corrosion resistance, namely zinc steel. The high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing process ensures that the zinc content of zinc steel exceeds that of ordinary zinc steel, reaching about 150 grams of zinc per square meter (guardrail profile), making the zinc steel beyond ordinary products and unparalleled. The hardness of zinc steel has reached 211dnp, which is 1/3 higher than that of common steel 159dnp. It has extremely strong anti-collision performance and can withstand an impact force of 50 kg per square centimeter.
