Job requirements
1. Coordinate and arrange the general manager's work schedule and various activities; 2. Organize relevant meetings, make meeting minutes, sort out and prepare meeting minutes, review and distribute them; 3. Summarize and sort out various documents submitted to the general manager, and coordinate with the general manager for timely review, registration, reply and distribution; 4. Be responsible for the daily circulation and follow-up of various incoming and outgoing documents of the general manager, as well as the filing, storage and management of documents; 5. Assist the general manager in drafting letters Reports, documents, PPT and other comprehensive documents; 6. Be responsible for the guidance and reception services of the general manager's guests, and make arrangements for meetings and other related matters; 8. Asset maintenance management and 7S management of the general manager's office; 9. Other work temporarily assigned by the general manager.
Professional quality requirements:
1. Female, 23-32 years old, bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance, Chinese law, secretary, business administration, human resources and other related majors; 2. Good writing, clear thinking, proper appearance, speaking and deportment; 3. Strong learning ability, communication and coordination ability, adaptability, problem analysis and solving ability; 4.
